Very nice and luxury hotel with pool

What a shame for a 4 stars hotel ! a nightmare night ! there was a wedding and people came back late in the night ! rooms are absolutely not insonorised ! worst than a 1 star hotel ! we could hear everything in the neighboored room even the snorring of the occupant ! we even heard the cars in the street and planes ! I can t accept that for a 4* resort !

excellent food, excellent service and particularly nice view of the sun going down. practical rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. elegant atmosphere. exceptionally nice and efficient staff, free concierge service, wake up calls and ironing available.

Cleanliness, everything new, big rooms, modern with style, own parking garage.

comfort, cleanliness, central to local town. Good food and good service. Check in procedure was easy and efficient. We were offered an upgrade to a more spacious room with balcony overlooking the golf course for only 20 euros per night. Well worth the extra.

the cost of WI FI was in my opinion expensive at 6.50euros per hour

poor room temperature controls and lack of dining options

I didnt expect to pay extra for use of the gym and spa, as I paid so much to stay there and these facilities are advertised I expected them to be included in the total price. I was very disappointed they were all at an additional cost.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area.

The site was too remote from the town centre but was the only one available with parking facilities.

Spacious room, ample breakfast, complete with fresh fruit salad, was a highlight of our stay, and the convenient location allowed for easy access to explore the nearby attractions.

It was perfect.

Very big bed in the twin/double room, plus an ironing set, a work desk and satellite television. Its good service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property;))

During our stay, we appreciated the very nice breakfast spread, which had a variety of options to fuel our mornings. The friendly staff, and the spa experience was good after long days exploring. The location is a bit isolated, requiring a drive into town for dinner, but that didn’t overshadow our overall enjoyment. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Dining at the hotel was a mixed bag, but shoutout to the breakfast buffet's spread-smoothies and fresh fruit salad had me buzzing! The spa's complimentary hour was a good twist! Total score for wellness vibes.

It really was great with its awesome breakfast spread and friendly atmosphere. My previous stay in aranjuez was nice, but this place was nice.

the air conditioning didn't cool properly.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Our experience was marred by the rude waiter at the bar. The breakfast offered plenty of variety including fresh fruit. Location is a bit far from attractions, requiring a car.

Occidental offers a spacious Junior Suite with a lovely sitting area and a fantastic bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi for two. The breakfast buffet features a variety of options, including fresh fruit salad and plant-based milk, catering well to dietary preferences. Ample parking is available, and the location is conveniently only five minutes off the A4.

The receptionist's demeanor was unwelcoming, and the amenities were not as advertised, leading to some frustration.

The occidental has a lovely outdoor pool that's perfect for relaxation. The spacious rooms are super comfy, and the breakfast spread is good with fresh fruit, meats, and great coffee. One standout feature is the excellent service, which makes you feel right at home. The wellness center offers professional therapists who provide great treatments.
